• 2019, ”十四五“时期江苏建立健全城乡融合发展体制机制和政策体系研究, 参加承接江苏省发展和改革委员会的课题，并提出了研究报告。本报告在系统性总结江苏省城乡融合发展经验的基础上，从农村资源限制、劳动力、土地和资本等角度出发分析其城乡融合发展所存在的体制机制性障碍。最后在结合江苏省经济发展特色，以及国家的乡村振兴战略、长三角一体化战略、新型城镇化发展等战略的基础上，借鉴和总结发达国家、兄弟省市和江苏省本省的经验，从宏观、中观、以及微观三个层面、具体提出了健全江苏省城乡融合发展的体制机制和政策性体系的37条具体政策建议。
• 2019, 新形势下开放式创新体系的研究, 承接中国长江产业经济学院的委托课题而提出的研究报告。本报告以全球经济合作为基本立足点，从全球价值链的角度分析中国经济在全球价值链中的地位和竞争力的优势与劣势，在此基础上汲取系统论和技术创新、技术管理理论的相关理论成果，对新形势下的中国如何完善“开放式创新体系”提出建言。
